I know this isn't exactly teacher related ... but I LOVE this app and thought I needed to share! Ibotta is a rebate app. You see what rebates are being offered for different stores, add those rebates to your list, then claim them once you're done shopping! There are a ton of stores to choose from. I frequent United, Walmart and Target.

Here's how it works:

Download the ibotta app from the iTunes or Google Play store

Google Play
Unlock rebates by watching short videos (about 30 seconds long) or answering poll questions (1 question a rebate. Some rebates don't even have tasks to complete before unlocking, but the ones that do are VERY short.

Go shopping! Hit up the stores you get rebates from and get your goodies! I tend to use the grocery section the most, but every so often I use it to eat out or at the beauty supply.

Verify your purchases! Scan the barcodes of the items you bought that have rebates offered on the app, then take a picture of your receipt.

Wait for money to be deposited into your ibotta account. Once you get to $20, you can withdraw money and transfer it to Pay Pal, or put it toward a gift card to various stores.

My favorite part about this app is the "any brand" rebates. When I'm buying things like milk, eggs, and coffee, it can help me save even more money.

They also have different bonuses throughout the month where you can get more cash by completing them. Team up with other ibotta friends and get even more cash back! And if you don't have any, I'll be more than happy to team up with you!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Gal-entine's Day! I miss getting to see Leslie Knope every week.

Just in time for Valentine's Day, I have 2 NEW products in my TpT store!

The first one is geared toward our Pre-K friends! Grab some heart beads and pipe cleaners from Hobby Lobby (or cut out hearts on different colored paper and laminate) to have kids make their own heart patterns!

There are 9 different patterns to choose from with a "create you own" pattern card as well!

There are also different record sheets for kids to record their answers! They can continue the pattern on each set of cards or ...

They can show the pattern that was on each card they built!

You can grab this activity here in my TpT store for just $1.50! Click the picture below or here to head on over!

Activity number to is an updated version of the Sum of My Hearts activity I posted a couple of years ago. Click the link above for the original version that is strictly addition.

In the new activity, students can add AND subtract up to 20 using heart halves.

There are 4 record sheets in this pack! 2 where the student fills in the addition or subtraction problem they made themselves ...

... and 2 where they have the fund the missing numbers in the problem!

You can grab this activity here in my TpT store for just $1.75! Click the picture below or here to head on over!

Product update!

Happy February!

I've been working on updating some of the products in my TpT store and finishing up some new things for Black History Month! I've been thinking my products are looking a little dated and like a newbie, so it was time to spruce them up!

Here's update number 1:

Here's the before...

and here is the after!

I've completely redone my Space Unit pack! New fonts, new graphics, more activities ... a lot is going on! It went from 17 pages to 49! I still have it listed for the same price in my TpT store. If you've previously purchased this pack, you can download it again and get all of the new material. If you haven't purchased it yet ... what are you waiting for!?!

There is also a Planets PowerPoint that can be used with the book in this pack. Get it here for a buck!

You can also check out some of the hands on activities that pair with this unit on my class blog page {Ms. Molix's Class} and click around for other fun space activities!

There are activities for craters ...

phases of the moon ...

and more!

Head on over to both sites to get your hands on some great stuff!

Happy Space Exploration!
